Mrs Rachel Waddington

I joined the governing body in 2014 as a Parent Governor while my children were pupils at Gisburn Road School; in 2018 I became Chair of Governors.
It is a great pleasure to be part of the Gisburn Road family, and I always enjoy hearing about, and seeing, what goes on in school. One of my roles as a governor is around literacy, so when I visit school I am often finding out about reading and writing.
