Well done to this team of children from Year 5&6 who did brilliant in the Cross Country competition at Holt House in Colne this afternoon. Despite the extremely warm weather conditions, all of the children never once gave up and carried on running throughout to all complete their 1.3 mile run.
Well done to the Year 5/6 Badminton team from tonight’s competition at Pendle Vale College. They finished the night in 3rd position and were a credit to the school. 🏸
Well done to the Year 5/6 Boys football team who remained unbeaten during the last of the Central Venue League nights they have been playing in since September. The boys played two 20 minute games – drawing 3-3 in an entertaining encounter with Barrowford before beating Higham 4-0. Well done boys. ⚽️️

Our Year 5/6 children enjoying their first Fitness Evolution After School Club tonight working on Boxfit. The children worked their socks off and fun was had by all!

So our last culinary delight in Year 5 was a delicious vegetable curry🍛. The aroma wafted right across the playground. Well done to all our Year 5 chefs and a particular mention to Miss Hartley our Masterchef who made it all happen.👍
The pizzas went down a treat today! I think they had lots of fun with the dough and trying to shape it. They tasted fantastic though, well done to our Year 5 chefs. 🍕🍕
Our year 5 chefs travelled off to sunny Mexico today🌞. They returned with a warming bowl of chilli. It was a bit spicy for a couple of the children but some had seconds and thirds!🍛
