Year 3 and Year 4 wowed the rest of the school today with their dress rehearsal of ‘Dragon Days’. Parents, you are in for a treat tomorrow!
A big thank you to Ash Randall for today for starting off Sport Relief week. Ash did a whole school assembly showing off his impressive skills, answering questions and attempting to inspire the children. He then did 3 lessons throughout the day with Year 4, 5 & 6 working on skills and ball control – teaching them lots of new skills. We hope
A team of children from Year 4/5 and 6 did brilliant tonight in their football competition at Pendle Vale. Despite narrowly missing out on reaching the final, they won their Bronze medal position match 1-0. So out of the 12 schools that entered, they finished the night in third. Excellent work boys! ⚽️️
Year 4 can’t wait to host their Parents Shared Learning session on Thursday afternoon between 2 and 3pm. It’s guaranteed to bring a smile to your face 😉😉
Well done Year 4 who shared with us their learning about teeth in yesterday’s parent assembly. They have clearly learned a lot.😀
Year 4 received a very special gift today 😀 we also had a go at drawing along with the author Tom Fletcher and painted some winter trees.
This morning year 4 made edible glitter and wrote instructions using complex sentences.
Today, in Year 4, the children got into role of a Plague Doctor. They really enjoyed asking and answering questions in role.
Year 4 had a plague doctor to visit them. They got to ask him lots of questions to find out more about the great plague. (Thankyou Mr Somers😊😊😊)
Year 4 had a strange visitor come out of the Tardis yesterday! Can they tell you all about it? They loved questioning him 😃
