Thanks to Mind Heart for this helpful visual – a great excuse for some connection with children too!

EDIT: This is a great little resource to get a conversation flowing between an adult and child, we could all use that ‘excuse’ from time to time. It’s not perfect; nothing ever is. We are all different. But on the whole it shows our children that we are open about this conversation and encourages good hygiene practice all round. It’s a stressful time for us all, be kind!
